What is an Agent Video Profile?
An Agent Video Profile is a short video that introduces you as an agent to potential clients. It is recorded in the location of your choice (usually at the office or at a property) and can also contain client testimonials. Back To Top

How much does it cost?

How do I pay?
Payment is required before shooting your video. You can pay securely online with your credit or debit card by using the shopping cart on the previous page. Our transactions are handled by PayPal, however you do not need to be a PayPal customer to place an order. Back To Top

What do I get for that price?

  • A professional videographer using broadcast quality equipment at your property location to shoot the tour.
  • 9 tripod locations, or 1(one) hour at the property.
  • Video is edited to add transitions, music, and agent contact info and logo.
  • Video is compressed and converted to Flash video for viewing on the web.
  • Video is uploaded to our server and is hosted until the property is sold.
  • You receive a link to your video that can be added to your site, or emailed to clients. Back To Top

What if I need more than an hour or want more than 9 tripod locations?
If the property is large or has many special features and you need more shots or more time, it can be purchased "ala carte". Overtime is sold in 15 minute increments for $25. Overtime charges must be paid directly to the videographer at the time the service is rendered. Back To Top

How is the video shot?
Each tour is shot in MiniDV format with broadcast quality equipment. We use a professional tripod with floating video head so there are no shaking or jerky home video type movements. We use a wireless lapel microphone for agent narration, and we use extra lighting if needed. Back To Top

How is the video edited?
After the shoot the video is professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer through the home. Normally, the agent will host and narrate the video, however If you choose to have a professional voice-over narration done with the tour it (additional charge of $99), it will be added at this point. We will also add a graphic containing your contact info and logo. If needed we can also include an MLS version that contains no contact info. The background music will be selected from royalty free music that is available to you at no charge. The average finished video is a minute and a half to two minutes long. Back To Top

How is the video prepared for the web?
After editing, your video will be compressed and encoded in Flash format, a universal format compatible with virtually all web browsers. We will upload it to our server and it will remain online until the property is sold. Back To Top

What are CD Business Cards?
They are a pocket sized CD that contains your Agent Video Profile, and has your contact info and a graphic image on the face. It can be inserted into any computer's standard CD Drive and will automatically play your video. An innovative way to introduce yourself and your services to potential clients. Can I get a copy of my video on DVD?
Yes, we can transfer your video to DVD and add contact info to the face for an extra charge of $15. It can be played on your laptop computer to show to clients wherever you go. Back To Top

Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tour, we will return to the location and shoot it again free of charge. Back To Top

Do you have a refund policy?
Payment is non-refundable after photographing. If the session is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled video session, the payment may be held as a credit for a future session, or may be refunded. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, the payment may be held as a credit for a future session, or may be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

What if I am running late?
In order to produce the tour on time, we rely on having access to the location at the agreed time and date. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated in a timely manner. An additional travel charge may be incurred if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time, or if the videographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.
